Job Overview
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused restaurant servers to join our team! As a member of the front of house team, you will provide guests with excellent food and beverage service, ensuring that every customer has a warm dining experience. Job Responsibilities
✔ Greet and seat guests, provide menus, and introduce daily specials.

✔ Accurately record orders and communicate with the kitchen team in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met.

✔ Efficiently serve meals and beverages to ensure smooth and professional service.

✔ Keep tables clean and re-set before and after customers are seated.

✔ Greet customers in a friendly manner, patiently answer questions, and address complaints or special requests that may arise.

✔ Process payments (cash, credit card or mobile payments) using the POS system.
✔ Work closely with the kitchen and other team members to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly.
✔ Follow food safety, sanitation and health regulations to ensure all standards are met.

Job Requirements
🔸 Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred, but those without experience can be trained.
🔸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
🔸 Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and organized.
🔸 Teamwork, self-motivation and professionalism.
🔸 Ability to accept flexible schedules, including evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
🔸 Age requirement: at least 18 years old (21 if serving alcohol).
